The company was founded by Elly de Vrijer, a passionate, self-motivated woman who has made her mark in the ICT industry in various sales management and related functions at well-known international companies, such as ADP, Oracle and Hitachi Data Systems.

Elly de Vrijer brings a hands-on mentality to finding the best candidate that fits the profile of the job and the culture of your organisation. She feels strongly about listening, using empathy and building trust. Candidates also respect her for her personal touch, clear understanding and by coaching them, along the way, to a new step in their career.

What is the difference between ‘Executive Find’ and ‘Executive Search’?
